To view the journey of your parcel, you can track your order using the following options once it has been shipped from our warehouse:
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Follow the link in the email, or visit the PBT website and enter the tracking number to track your delivery
My Account
If you have an account with us, you can also track your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Orders.
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the PBT website once you receive your tracking number.
